As a company VanBeek’s has recognized the value of our natural resources. Along with our Environmental Initiative, we strive to make the best use of all our lumber products. From purchasing selective grades, to utilizing technology and machinery, we are constantly striving to gain efficiency and yield to ensure minimal waste.

Whether materials are put directly into our products, or recycled into other uses, we do our part to ensure we don’t contribute to the growth of a land fill.

-Minimal solid wood waste is ground up into wood chips by a local company.
-Sawdust produced and collected is given to local farmers
-Cardboard and other packaging materials are reused to the best of our abilities
